I was gonna say something but it could be one of those games where they still win by 20. Lonzo is a pretty decent defender too.
 
I'll also say I've never thought the Rockets had a contending team. Even when they first put Howard on that team, I didn't think it would work.

This is the first time I've thought they had a team capable of winning a title since Harden got there. They've got a glut of + defenders on the perimeter to help hide Harden and literally all of them can shoot.

But now that they've finally got another big time creator where he doesn't have to do all of the offensive heavy lifting, I think you'll see a better James Harden in the playoffs.
 
Carlos Boozer took that polish of his head and glued it to his face. Quick Carlos Boozer story. It was summer of 03 I believe. I was hooping at at The Omni on the west side. A lot of Cavs players hoop there. Z used to be up there a lot and in Brecksville. Anyway. Trajon Langdon was with Boozer and 2 of my friends who I came with that were in College at the time were playing on the team against Boozer and Langdon. Boozer fouled one of my friends and my friend got mad and told Boozer "If you foul me again I'm gonna beat yo ass" Boozer laughed at first but you could tell he didn't wanna fight. My dude kept trying to instigate and bait Boozer into getting physical with him so they would end up fighting. After the game was over they wanted to run it back but Boozer and Tra made up some lame excuse and started shooting off to the side by themselves. That pissed my dude off and he got hype and tried to get Boozer to play him for some money (stupid) He ended up getting kicked out lol. The whole thing was way funnier in person than reading it.
 
Man every single shot Lonzo takes is being critiqued. Like all of them. This has never happened to any player before. Not to the point where he literally can't take a shot without a hot take being fired off.
 
Something isn't quite right about the Warriors this year....can't pinpoint it but they just aren't the same...maybe its bordom?

Yes. I played against him when he was a Senior. He was as advertised :chuckle: shitted on us. Crazy thing is he's not even the best basketball player I ever played against. That would be OJ Mayo. He scored 74 points and he only crossed half court 3 times on defense. He had like 20 steals. I'm sure he missed some 3's but it felt like he hit at least 20 :chuckle:

LeBron physically was on another level but we knew he was 18. In the face he still looked like an 18 year old. I swear to god OJ Mayo was like 20 when he played us even though he was still in High School lol. He was in High School for like 6 years I swear. He had the look of one of those dudes that had his own apartment in High School lol. Like he legit looked and conducted himself like a grown ass man. It was fucking weird. He didn't even seem interested in the game. It's like he knew he was playing against kids and he was just there for an appearance.
 
That was Lonzo's first shot off the dribble going to his right. He chicken winged it.
 
LBJ would be crazy to go to LA...they are years away from competing for a title...I dont care if PG goes with him...LA has some ok pieces but not even close...theres no Kyrie over there waiting for LBJ to join him
