That was a pretty good showing by LAL considering they didn't have Kuzma who's their leading scorer. LAL can make the playoffs this year. They can't let Utah and DEN separate too far from them. LAC will fall shortly. I think OKC and LAL will ultimately replace them and then the West will be set.

Love me some Julius Randle.

I like Nancy JR more than Randle but Randle is having a pretty good year. His efficiency is up. I think he knows his limitations and doesn't try to take a lot of jump shots. If he could hit the threeball at even a mediocre clip on healthy volume his value would increase significantly.

He reminds me a lot of Paul Millsap early in his career. Randle has become a good individual defender, is an excellent passer, and a decent rebounder. If he could develop some sort of jump shot than he'll become a rotation player for a good number of years. Additionally, his shot looks good, it's just a matter of consistently sinking those jumpers.

Nance needs to learn positional offense. He likes to cut a lot, which is cool, but it tends to disrupt offense and clog the lane. I think both guys will become good NBA players, though; they just need to improve on some small stuff.
