seems like Boston always has scrappy tough teams. They get rid of IT, Bradley and Crowder and seem to be even better. I think you have to look at coaching on this one.

Even if Stevens was coaching the Cavs it'll be the same shit because LeBron does what LeBron wants too. We've bitched and got fed up with every coach in Cleveland, hmm I wonder why that is...

Celtics are going 80-2, cannot wait until they sweep the Cavs and create our tombstone.

Stevens is that good!! He'll guard LeBron himself.

I don't believe they'd beat us in the playoffs. In fact, I can imagine a very very pissed off LeBron averaging 50-15-10 on them. But they're playing basketball the right way and I wish Cleveland did too.

Right now today, if they were at full strength and us too, they'd ruin our day in a playoff series. I'd almost bet the farm on it. Confidence is huge and they got that in boatloads. Just like us giving all these lame azz teams confidence, boston is getting teams thinking how can we beat these mfkrs.

Zero Dark Thirty mode Cavs can only be beaten by Golden State.

The most disturbing part of this Boston Oct/November dominance stuff is the clear and obvious joy some posters on here seem to get out of it.

Oh and to the Bston / Cavs playoff post above...Cavs in 5 today, yesterday, last week, next month, whenever you wanna start it.

LeBron would wreck their confidence in a heart beat.

Jeff Teague I mean Kyrie Irving leading his hawks I mean Celtics to a lot of wins this regular season

I still think the coach is key for the other 14 guys. We've seen LeBron teams that work hard. Hell, before we switched coaches to Lue, we were on track for like 64 wins. And that half of the season hasn't looked anywhere near as ugly as when Lue was coaching. Even the playoffs, we swept every single team we played in 2015 minus the finals and it was just LeBron and a bunch of scrappy guys killing it. The most consistent I've seen JR and Shump play was under Blatt. I'm convinced we could have won a championship easier with Blatt as the head coach in 2016. Just by watching Lue coach, you can tell he would be the worst motivational speaker. Getting off to the terrible starts makes it seem like Lue doesn't know how to get guys fired up.

I think it's anger. Kyrie is an asshole. But it's so frustrating and irritating to watch what a player like him can do on a functional organization. He himself hasn't even played that great yet, or has changed that much of his game.

Although he is playing much better defense. Hell, who'd have thunk a team with Kyrie Irving could be number one in defense?

A coach can plug his style of play in and they look better. I don't think they're really this good, and reality will come crawling back, because at the end of the day it comes down to talent. I don't think Boston has it, but still, very impressive how they can overachieve.

A team led by Kyrie Irving, without a sure number two guy on the roster. With two 20 year olds in the lineup, Al Horford, as the second best player, can get off to such an impressive start.

It was the same thing with LeBron in Miami. He was already super great, but when he left Cleveland, even he turned into a different player. Did things he just didn't do here...

Just nice to see what a real culture, stability, and a coach can do to guys like this.

Yet here we are, with the best player in the world, and we aren't even at .500.

Sure, LeBron James will take it up to another notch come playoff time. We'll steam roll through the East again, because he's that fucking great.

Still doesn't ignore the elephant in the room. Outside LeBron, the team and system is lost without him.

And we aren't shit without him. Yeah, that can win us the East. Because LeBron is that great.

But, it won't get us a title, and it won't sell LeBron on why we need him to stay so badly either.

That's why I, and I think others are getting pretty damn gloom about this season what's to come after.

I don't like to predict shit. But I see literally no reason why LeBron would want to come back here, outside this sentimental Akron/Cleveland connection.

Kyrie gone. The young talent/upside star player that was the only link to have maybe kept him here.

Love is 29 and on the decline. IT is currently injured, will be 29, and on a one year deal.

We don't look good enough, at all, to honestly win a title. Feels so much like his last stint in Cleveland. A bunch of old/washed up players like Rose and Wade, like Z and Shaq then, and quick fixes that prove to not be enough.

Yeah, we've seen that movie before. So funny how this organization continues to repeat itself over and over.

You are over thinking this way to much man. We have not even seen IT play who will want blood. Last time we are all down on the team they come out on or close to the top. Not only you but man give this sometime. The NBA likes to screw us as well and looked pissed when the beat the Warriors in historic fashion. That said the Celtics are young and hungry players, Kyrie feels he can lead them with a very good coach. Tides can change as we all saw with the first year the 2-9 start. People need to calm down here this is not your life in the line unless you gamble on this bullshit.

Say what you will; Celtics keep winning, and we keep losing.

We seen this with the Post LeBron heat and the early Cavs. Regular season to LeBron is extended practice. Why do I have to repeat this shit year after year. Do you guys have massive memory loss or what? It is always the same thing with a LeBron team.
