2017 Browns Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Seems like Coleman will be moved to the PUP list and Leslie is taking his spot. That would be my guess.

It wouldn't be the PUP list, which is for players injured prior to training camp and did not practice during camp at all. Injured reserve, possibly.

That is true, but he would be designated to return hence why I said PUP, but it's possible he is on the IR with the designation to return since it's supposed to be like 8 weeks he is out.

So what you're saying is that you were wrong and meant IR not PUP.

Like its cool. You misspoke. But don't need to try to cover it up.

He could be back in as early as 6 weeks. Putting him on IR can will cost him two extra weeks.

I think you're better off going with the young guys and people who are kinda hungry over the veteran right now.

If you're signing a veteran to this team, by nature? they're not gonna give a shit. The exception would perhaps be guys like Collins, or the recent signing at Guard, Center.

Victor Cruz would be apathetic about playing with a team with no playoff aspirations and some rookie tossing him the rock. I imagine Kenny Britt feels the same way, and in my opinion..he would be happier on a playoff team.

I think focusing on building through the draft and playing younger guys is the better route. The EXCEPTION again is on the offensive line...something that is a MUST and I value very highly.

Eventually the time will come when the Browns should go free agent shopping for a Victor Cruz type...but the time is not now.

Where is the Cruz love coming from? He hasn't been good for the last ~3 years.

Jaelen Strong is so good a team with 3 fucking healthy WRs cut him.
I agree and I was a big fan of his coming out of ASU. He's a train wreck off the field as well.

My question is why did we cut guys for Woodrum and then not keep him at all? Lol

Players we were already intending to cut. Woodrum was brought in strictly for scouting purposes for the Ravens.

Common practice around the league.

Yup. Browns did it again on a smaller scale this week with the Colts.
