2017 Browns Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Our media is so weird/bad. Who gives a shit about a necklace.

The team that pays him is really going to regret it. He's a mediocre RB who doesn't really do anything special. He's not awful, but he's not amazing either. He's the definition of replaceable. Smarter to just draft a new RB than pay this dude. Unless you've got a generational RB like Peterson, I think it's smarter to just constantly replace them through the draft.

Well he's been a fucking bum so far, so maybe he should get it together if he actually wants to be paid.

Saw this coming a million miles away too. Cannot believe how early people were taking him in fantasy.
I stayed away.

I did pick up duke johnson toward the end of a draft in a PPR league.

Curious to see if he can work his way into being a solid flex play.

Completely agree, just like QBs, I'd be taking fliers on RBs every year on day 3. Like you said, unless you have generational talents, RB should probably be the lowest paid position on your roster.

It just seems like such an easy position to replenish, as every year there are half a dozen quality backs who could step in and start on a halfway decent NFL team.

RB is also a position that has a very short career at the end of the day. Very few guys end up going past 8-9 years at most and most usually cannot even play that long very effectly

Either way someone needs to advise Crowell and essentially explain to him, if he doesn't step up his game, there is no payday from anyone regardless

Yes I'm sure the problem is that no one has explained the implications to Crowell....

Well Hillis wasn't advised welll when it came to his contract year. Also it was Cabot who did the tweet so who knows if she's right or not
