If he can cut down his strikeouts this season, I am doubting either Brantley or Chisenhall is on the roster next season cause he will take over for one of them or could be up sooner if Naquin doesn't make adjustments he needs to

Highly doubtful that Brantley isn't here. He'd take Chisenhall or Naquin's spot for sure.

I'd say Brantley is primed to take over 1B when Santana leaves.
