I've seen a couple unconfirmed reports like this.

I doubt enough teams would be dumb enough to let this impact their decision to the point of him sliding to 12...but wouldn't that be nice?

My guess would be how severe are the injuries/surgeries? Clearly, I am not a doctor, but any labrum injury is always concerning. Seems like it is easy to reaggrivate and never heals fully - especially in a contact sport like football.

That could drop him out of the first round or at very least, late first. It happens with injuries like that all the time.

Would be amazing for him to drop now to the 2nd and we pick him up there.

Dee Milliner had 5 surgeries and that story dropped in March/April of 2013.

Two of them were for a torn labrum and hernia.

He still went 9th to the Jets.

However, he has been a huge bust as he couldn't stay healthy.

Powell is going to be evaluated to see if/where he fits with the Browns. Don't see them changing their draft/free agency plans in any way due to his presence.
