2017 NBA Playoffs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Must be nice to face Bryn Forbes, Kyle Anderson, David Bertans, 40 year old Manu, choking Aldridge, and Joel Anthony in the Conf. Finals.
Sad thing is that we lost to Jonas Jerebko, 28% 3 point shooter Marcus Smart, choking Al Horford and Tyler Zeller yesterday.

Yeah this team is going to be so hard to beat in 7 games.

Mike finally let them play small for long periods. They are so disciplined even with the erratic Curry TOs.
We can beat them. We just need Klay to continue being this bad on offense.

LeBron to play like he has most of the playoffs, Kyrie to play like he did in last years finals and Love to play like he has against the Celtics.

Basically our stars just have to be stars. Get a bit more bench production and we can win it.

Durant is still a choke artist against very stiff competition until proven otherwise.

He has a ton on his shoulders while the Cavs are playing free and easy in my opinion. LeBron's gorilla is off his back so to say, which was ending the drought. He's playing with house money, especially once again being an underdog.

Durant is the one playing with house money. If he struggles (which I doubt), he has 3 other All-Stars and Igoudala ready to pick up the slack for him. He can play free and easy like he’s playing right now.

It's nearly impossible; tbh last year's title and how we won it can carry me for next decade or so. Like Simeon in the temple.

In hindsight, I cannot explain why I got worked over our regular season struggles. Whatever happens this year will be what happens.

Murray and Simmons have been bright sparks for Spurs.

Simmons has possibly been Spurs' best player this series.

Spurs' ability to find these non lottery solid role-players is frankly just amazing. Sheer excellence.

He was down 2-1 to the Spurs w/Kawhi last year...and then destroyed them the next 3 games. ]

He only played bad in one of the last 3 losses to the Warriors. One of the games featured a 40 pointer.

5 years previous to this year

Lost to LeBron in the finals at 22.
Lost in the 2nd round w/Westbrook missing the playoffs.
Lost in the WCF. His team was very competitive vs. the Spurs. LeBron got destroyed by them in the finals.
Team missed playoffs. He only played 27 games
Last year they almost beat a 73 win team.

I don't care for Durant, but fans gotta stop following this hot take era. It would have you thinking LeBron was never clutch before he got a championship. Which is silly.

Now do I think he'll fold? Yes, because he's never been able to solve the LeBron the problem. The thing is even when LeBron clearly plays better than him. Durant is capable of putting up 30.

He did some coward shit joining up with the Warriors. However, fans acting like this dude is some rollover as player may be in for a rude awakening. Thank goodness we have LeBron.

I see the Warriors are doing what the Cavs should have done last night.

Fans think that because of LeBron, and who he'll be facing is LeBron... KD is 4-18 versus him and thats the main reason why fans think he'll rollover. He basically has to put up to shut people up.

Durant made his own bed by choking vs GS, then joining them. I don't agree that he's playing free and easy, or with house money. He has everything to lose if he plays poorly and loses because of it. The entire joke will be on him. His entire season will be all for nothing until the next one starts.

Durant will be under pressure for a damn sure.

He was extremely inefficient for more games than not in the playoffs last year

And then there was that game where he was what? 3-28?

Durant really didn't have a good playoff last year and is the majority of the reason they lost the GSW series

The internet will crap on LeBron for a flop like this. It'll be a meme for the month.
He oversold it. But he did get hit in the face pretty hard. Looked like one of those heavyweight boxing punches in slow motion.

10/19 in game 7
10/31 in game 6
12/31 in game 5

I'll agree he struggled in games 5/6. However, the reason they lost game 6 was because Klay Thompson shot the lights out that game.

Its not great, but I'm not ready to call him a choker because he lost to a 73 win team. However, I do think...

LeBron owns him. Which is why I'm confident we can beat them. BUT Kevin Love has to show up like he has against Boston. He needs to be a star. Because LeBron can outplay Durant, but if our other guys aren't scoring we could be in trouble.
