He knew he did something so he sat down to not make it worse probably. He is a veteran who knows his body probably fairly well so he figured he would get weight off of his leg as soon as possible. Now it is likely some type of muscle pull, so he will be on the DL cause of it (Strain 2-4 weeks and a pull 4-6 normally so he is likely out until September)

Why are you assuming that it will take him 6 weeks to recover from a sprained ankle? The Tribe should certainly be cautious, but I'm not sure from where you're getting the six week timetable.
