Was just looking at stats to see if Kluber has a shot to run the table on the AL Vy Young and noticed that Bauer has the same number of wins as Kluber and Carrasco(10 each)

How did that happen? I swear it feels like Bauer is 4-13

Sale probably wins it unless he falls off some and Kluber continues on this tear.

They're neck and neck in ERA, WHIP, and K/9

Sale has 4 more starts and the benefit of the BOS slobbering press, so he likely gets it but it's not that far apart

Yeah, Sale is pitching at a high enough level that it will be tough to get over his volume if things stay the same. It's a shame that he started off so slowly, because we are watching an all time great run.

I don't know if Kluber will qualify cause of the fact he may end up short innings since he missed time, but his numbers are ridiculous since he has come back from the DL. Losing a few starts may hurt his Cy Young chances at the end of the day

Now Bauer has actually won all his quality starts pretty much hence why he has ten wins. Some of his numbers actually say his ERA should be lower than it actually is (aka ERA is like batting avg anymore in the sabermetrics world. It is an easy stat to look at, but you need to look at the rest of his work as well)

Well at least Austin Jackson has been able to come in and be a solid veteran for us this season. Some people had him off the roster by mid-season in preseason predicts! So glad he is proving people wrong.

We lost Brantley for some time, so back to the minors to figure out who replaces him. We could go with Jackson everyday/or bring up a Robertson/Diaz to play in the OF as well. I kind of want to see Yandy again since he is killing the ball in the minors.

So scrappers won tonight by scoring 3 in the top of the 9th, i also caught my first foul about 45 seconds before the Indians won it.
