We have heard this all offseason that no one is paying a premium for the top 3 picks. Bullcrap. We can get the best player at 4 or have a chance to get premium for the 4th.

I don't want to trade back farther than 7 or 8 from 4. There are 3 or 4 positional players that are difference makers right off the bat. If 3 qbs are taken in the top 5, I want a shot at Chubb, Minkah, Nelson, Barkley

I imagine they looked at all of the teams that also want to move up and thought they couldn't risk getting beat to the punch and went for it.
