Based on what I’m seeing right now, the spurs flipping Kawhi for a huge injection of picks and cost-controlled young talent is the move. Gasol is a corpse, Parker is a bench player, Manu is an end of rotation guy, Green is an expensive 3D player...it needs blown up.

My mind though is towards the 2019 FA crop...JR's and TT's expirings would allow us to clear enough cap space for a star player. With Mills on board, i'm not sure it's possible.

Is it a one sided deal though? TT is useless and the Spurs really are not a FA destination , so Patty's contract shouldn't be that much of an issue...especially if their wishes are to tank. They are also not a team to trade away their players while under contract.

Just watching Pau Gasol and Mills corpses out there makes me want to give them a call and try to snag that FRP.

Lucky again what’s new, they must’ve sacrificed babies to Satan or someshit because the one and only team they wanted to see in the first round without Curry are the Spurs, OKC/Utah/Wolves was going to be an absolute nightmare for them.

They tanked some of their games to end the season on purpose though. That loss against Utah was on purpose...guess what would have happened had they won. Sure, they got hella lucky, but they were also responsible for the outcome.
