2018 NFL SEASON Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Bears play a two deep matchup zone. That’s the one defense that gives the Rams’ offense problems all year. Add Khalil Mack and the cold weather and this is not to surprising.

Was just thinking that. Baker looked good against an average defense, how cold was it in Cleveland today?

The Bears are destroying the Rams’ pocket and doing so without a lot of blitzes. Rams have a good line but they’re no match for the Bears’ edge rushers.

Yeah, weather is not as big of a deal as many make it out to be. It’s an addictive factor. The Bears’ defense is just phenomenal.

I was really asking what the temp was at gametime. I live in Phoenix, it was 70 today.

As for weather, it can make a big difference, especially rain and snow. One thing about Farve I liked, and maybe the only thing, lol, is that he was a good cold weather and snow qb.

But the ball doesn't travel the same in cold weather, especially for the kicking game. The deep throws are harder to catch and need to be thrown harder. I do think the over do how important the weather was, but it matters for sure.

It helps if you can let a bit of air out of the ball.

:chuckle:

The "Gametime" prime really felt like a fun show in promise, but the amount of slurping the crew does for the Ravens is a bit absurd.

Am I missing something with that team?

I previously made a mistake. It wasn't Guice, it was Penny, who I wanted.

I really like Penny on the Seahawks. He's fast as hell. He just did some College shit.

You should have wanted Guice too, because he's fucking legit. He was easily the second best RB prospect in this draft pre-ACL tear.

How does ESPN just botch this from week to week?

Also next time I hear ANYBODY rip on Dennis Miller on MNF? I will make you listen/watch this years game.

This could actually be a fun game with some fun banter. But it feels like I'm watching a 3rd rate ACC game on ESPN with the chemistry of guys who have known each for 5 minutes.

It feels like an SNL skit on how MNF would be.

"offensive league? Yeah right"

....

You're an idiot, Joe Tessitore.

Seattle should have to forfeit for these ugly ass fucking uniforms. Utter dog shit.

Honestly not sure either of these teams are better than the Browns. Seahawks probably are, but I do not think it is a significant margin.

Seahawks are pesky, though, I'll give them that. They are not an elite defense anymore, but they get some nice pass rush and can create turnovers. Their offense is meh but Wilson is legit.

DeFilippo out there looking like a man watching his head coaching prospects flush down the drain.
