It's kind of incredible that big guys like Allen and Wentz are getting hurt so easy.

Mobility is awesome, but when your QB thinks he is Superman, its going to end poorly. Hell, look at Newton, dude is physically superior to every NFL QB ever and even he is starting to decline. Even Andrew Luck, who refused to slide had to pay the price. Guys like Allen and Jackson have already been hurt.

I'm afraid Wentz is going the way of RG3. And I'm afraid Jackson and Allen already have one foot in that same grave.

Patrick Mahomes is fucking insanely good.

Mahomes is pretty special. I thought Brees a few weeks ago was ahead. But, its pretty evident Mahomes should win it. It'd be a crime if he didn't.

I'm happy for the Chiefs. They're kinda like a glorified Browns (obviously they've been better than us recently), but have had their share of heartbreaks and disappointments.

I was ready for Mahomes to have like 5+ touchdowns this game after that 1st quarter. But Chargers ended up eating up so much time of possession. Frustrating not getting the ball back, I almost prefer the other team score sometimes.

We also had some 3 and outs that seem rare nowadays for this offense. And man, I wish Hill would have caught this wide open deep pass that just bounced off his face that would have scored.

I wanted Mahomes to get the passing TD record, but I'll take MVP. And Super Bowl MVP

I foresee him being Baker's roadblock to the Super Bowl for the decade+ to come.

I hope we are in for some legendary battles in the future (that aren't one-sided like the Berne-Elway battles were).

Baker feels like he's on a team that is a year or two away from being in the spot that Kansas City is in.

Be a bit of a game of "catch up" in some realm.

Mahomes has a bigger size and better athletic ability than Mayfield IMO.

Flipside? Mayfield has insane leadership attributes. This is not to say that Mahomes doesn't, but Mayfield has more of it.

Both seem really adept at play fakes, arm strength, etc.

Just grateful we have at least -one- of these two on our roster.

Yep and for a first round bye. The middle linebackers and safeties(Minus Berry) are some of the worst in the league. Ron Parker is making old man Antonio Gates look like prime Gates.
