They've only had one really bad loss in the playoffs I'll give you that. Titans. EDIT: They beat the Texans, but that was with Hoyer at QB. So, that's like playing a team with a blind man at QB.
But how do coaches choke? They're not out there playing. Do they get so nervous they forget to coach?
Alex Smith chokes. I wouldn't even say that. He's not very good. It's easy to expose QBs like him. They're limited and when you game plan around them its easy to limit them.
All their other losses the QBs were much better on the other side.
