2019 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He also spent 3 months chastising the Browns for the Osweiler-for-a-2nd-salary-dump move, claiming that Osweiler isn't good.

He and Bill Polian are cut from the same dipshit cloth.

I’m failing to see how he was wrong here.

We all knew he was bad. It’s why Houston wanted off of him.

The point was that Cassely hated the trade, not recognizing that the 2nd round pick was the prize. We were merely eating Osweiler’s contract for a fee. He completely didn’t understand the throught process of the move. He couldn’t fathom an NBA-style salary dump.

Given the Greg Robinson news, lets look at some of the middle round OT prospects who could be a great fit as a developmental guy.

Oli Udoh - Elon
Tytus Howard - Alabama St.
Dennis Daley - South Carolina
Michael Deiter - Wisconsin

Tytus Howard was a HS QB. But he grew outrageously and ended up at LT.

I love Udoh. That man is a goddamn monster, and would develop well.

I really like Deiter. Run block is still important in the North and this guy can do it. Played C, G, and tackle in college. Lacks length and extension but great run blocker, has some mobility and gets to the 2nd level and actually blocks someone.

If he can't play tackle can always move inside. Wisconsin loved him but kinda had a average senior year.

The one thing he needs to do better is deal with speed on the outside. Lack of length makes him reach and lose his base.

Might be a lot like the guy we drafted in 2nd last year

Whenever you get a chance to draft a player from a football factory like Elon University you have to do it, lol

Udoh has an 85 inch wingspan and 36 inch arms.

He is probably a great prospect, I was only making a joke about Elon University which I have never heard of in my life, lol.

Twenty people from my high school went directly to a 4 year school.....

One of them went to Elon. Because naturally someone from the ass crack of Maryland (seriously just look at a map) decides to go to some no name college in north Carolina.

Elon has a solid Masters program, no clue about undergrad reputation lol

Located in bumfuck, NC outside of Greensboro. I briefly dated a blonde chick from there who liked getting skeeted. She was hot, then she got drunk and got hit by a car walking home from the bars. Scarred her face up.

In general I don't like offensive tackles on day three. The Browns have tried, but they usually end up like Roderick Johnson. It's some guy who looks like a tackle but didn't have the talent to cut it. For me, it's first two rounds or why bother.

The Browns drafted Corbett pretty damn high so I'm not that crazy for guard/tackle tweeners, but I do like Deiter. With limits in rosters, positional flexibility is incredibly valuable.

I'm a fan of McGary if he falls. He has true tackle size and strength. His issue is consistent footwork but he is athletic enough.

Well that story took a slightly dark unexpected turn
