Lawerence or Hurts this weekend?

Lawrence (other than last week) has been on a tear. Hurts, still questionable and missed last couple games, is expected to play tomorrow.

Who should I go with.

I’m really glad he made it through. In a way I really want Buffalo to win it all.

Titans are playing Jax tough tonight. Glad they didn’t roll over like the Raiders

That big run by Derrick Henry where he fumbled the ball five yards ahead out of bounds got me thinking why don't runningbacks do that more intentionally? Just fumble the ball forward out of bounds for more yards if no defenders are in front of you. Make it look like a fumble.

Because footballs bounce in an unpredictable manner.

Ouch. Feel bad for Dobbs.

Question: could the Saints trade Payton to the Broncos even if he doesn't want to coach there? I know he could stay "retired," but could they do it? Denver could say, "coach here or nowhere," at that point, right?

Why would Denver or any team compel or force someone to coach there?

to answer your question no.

coaches have to agree to go to the new team. While NFL coaches can be "traded" its not like a player trade. The "trade" is actually just compensation for the team trading away the coach to release him from his current contract. Then the coach goes and signs a new contract with new team.

If Payton doesnt want to go to the Bronocos then there is no trade

If I'm understanding these reactions to the missed game in terms of scheduling/home field and such, there was a rule in the books, but the league decided to change the rule on the fly because this happened so late in the season. Huh? How does that make sense? If this happened week 4, then things wouldn't be changed?

This kind of changing the rules on the fly thing wouldn't even happen in a fantasy league.
