Alright, I'll be dramatic since its the vent thread.
I actually didn't watch a second of this game. First time all year... I was so upset from the previous losses to the Jets and Falcons, the Chargers loss put me over the edge and I boycotted watching today.
I'm not saying this to gloat, because looking at the results I'm still upset anyway. But like many of you, I cheer for the Browns, Cavs, and Guardians because I was born in Cleveland. I hate team hoppers and people who cheer for teams in cities they've never stepped foot (primarily when those teams are the bandwagon squads like the Lakers, Steelers, Yankees etc). I'll never do that.
But at the end of the day I decided the Browns did nothing to deserve or earn my Fandom, I was simply born there. Time for them to earn it, or I'll just keep watching box score recaps. Invested way to much time into this shit show. That's my vent...

Yep.
I did this during 1-31 and am very close to doing it again.
I actually boycotted the Steelers game this year too, but kept an open mind if they were able to win that one (which they did) and gave them a second, third and fourth chance.
At this point I'm at least going to do the ole "yard work" routine during games until Joe Woods is fired. At some point I will definitely stop watching altogether if he's still here. No fucking way I'm watching 16 games of his bullshit defense.

I love the Browns and so do many blind Clevelanders. It is a sickness. Even after signing a pervert dickhead to the largest guaranteed contract in NFL history I can’t quit this team.
But I’m FINALLY at the point where watching this team is a chore more than something I enjoy. It is sad, man.

Every time I swear I’m gonna stop watching, I get lured back in the very next week.
This week it was “surely we don’t lose to 3rd stringer Bailey Zappe???” That lured me back in. This shit isn’t fun rn, it’s just a waste of time and emotion.
Let’s see what excuse I make for myself to watch this Sunday. Because I can’t think of any reason why I’d want another Sunday ruined again especially at the hands of the rat birds
