Strus 17-5-6 with a steal in 31 minutes. A real spark plug for us!
Mobley 16-5-2 with a steal and a block in 36 minutes
Allen 5-11-2 with a steal in 19 minutes. He was in foul trouble in both halves.
Mitchell 35-7-6 with a steal in 37 minutes 12-24 fg 5-10 from 3.
Garland 26-3-9 in 40 minutes Our offense runs better with him in charge. No turnovers!

Bench:
Okoro 0-1-1 with a steal in 29 minutes. Some tough D
Niang 10-5-3 in 27 minutes He came up with key buckets. 2-5 from 3.
Wade 8-5-0 in 14 minutes Very big buckets. He took his shots.
Thompson 1-3-0 with a block in 5 minutes. Very productive.

I wanted to see Porter and give DG a few minutes break.

I just saw the last quarter and change, but I didn't see any evidence of a team that's giving up on the coach, and certainly not from Mitchell. In fact, the first thing Mitchell did when the game ended was to go over and hug Bickerstaff. Certainly an odd gesture if he's trying to run him out of town.

Around here, Garland is sometimes disparaged as a front runner. While there is some merit to that criticism, he sure did not fall into that trap tonight. I thought he had a pretty ineffective first half with some especially tough moments—e.g., struggling to advance the ball when hounded in the backcourt. The second half, though, he was in full control. Nothing short of dominance. Awesome turnaround by DG tonight.

Probably the best game of the season. Once again we had to overcome some rough officiating at home. Banchero is going to melt down in the playoffs when all that foul baiting isn't rewarded.

I...dont think I have any major complaints about jbb tonight

Seemed like he was jawing a little less than normal. Still hate the shallow rotations something fierce, but if he is doing that at this point in the season he's not going to stop. Overall, I agree though.
