Do Not Sell My Personal Information
At least this team is consistent,if it will make playoffs this year (which is still pretty possible) it wont make past the first round with same flow going right now.So I would already start from kicking off Altman and his dearest minion JBB and take a look what will change before playoffs. If nothing will be changed then make a decision on Garland OR Mitchell situation and make moves on Okoro,LeVert,Allen and Niang.

I do think Mitchell should be moved. The rest are fine. The issue is JBB only plays 8 guys and logs them heavy minutes. There are good players down the end of the rotation. Use them. Don’t play garland 40 mins

It's crazy how the Celtics made the Cavs just look like a thrown together bunch of players with absolutely no cohesiveness. Is their defense that good? I don't think. Cavs needed to pull Kristaps out of the paint with a shooting 5. Maybe should have put Niang out there for Allen. I defended JB until this season, I'm on the side of get rid of him now. I've appreciated Donovan Mitchell's efforts but, the offense doesn't flow at all with him. We traded incredible depth, assets, defense, and flowing offense, for one great player. Probably wasn't worth it. Our young guys needed more time to develop before putting a star player in the mix. I also think it's too early to blow things up. This trade deadline will be massive if they have any intentions to keep Mitchell.
We couldn't get Bridges for Mitchell now, that ship has sailed.

For the people that are down on Garland. It's this simple, he and Mitchell don't fit.

Remember Sexton? Remember how bad they fit? Garland can't play off ball, that's not his game.

I'm not saying he's a superstar... You either move Mitchell or Garland.

Ideally, you'd prefer to keep Mitchell, but the chances of him staying are pretty low.

Sigh, I know we've beat this to death, but they really should have never traded for Mitchell.

It's a miscalculation on the part of Koby, seeing full hand the Sexton and Garland problem and not anticipating this same problem could develop once again.

And the fact both are undersized guards, hurts defensively too. They don't complement each other on either side of the ball.

Blah. This whole "they are the best team. What do you expect?!" Stuff is for a young up and coming squad.

Not one that made the trade we made.

If you wanted to play that card, you shouldn't trade for Mitchell.

Fans keep giving the org a pass. So let's lay it out in plain terms.

The Cavaliers traded for Donovan Mitchell to beat Boston and and other contenders and actually contend for a title. Anything less than contending for a title after a trade like that is a failure.

They didn't make that trade to be a spunky low seeded playoff team. They were already in that ballpark BEFORE the trade.

Strus, Niang and Wade combined for 14 pts. Allen tossed in 8. Yikes! Glad I didn't watch it.

It’s not about losing to them it’s how we lose. We lose a pretty close game while our guys just play Rec basketball. So with an actual system we could be so much better we have a really talented roster
I am not there with you. I also trust this front office and it is a smart one.

All I have to say about both of these Celtics losses are two words: Evan Mobley.

He greatly reduces the difficulty of this match up. Cavs play a different brand of defense when he and Allen are both in the rotation, even if they are not on the court together at the same time.

Since TT is actually playable, Cavs priority is to find another Dean Wade-sized player who can defend smartly and give you something on offense. A few of those players exist but have bullshit price tags.

Really need the Cavs to figure out this Ricky situation ASAP...

I actually don't care that they lost this one or any other one. You lose games in the NBA and they have several good wins this year. More than in the same # of games last year.

It just looks like they are leaving so many things on the table. So many mistakes and unforced errors both from the coaches and players. It just tells me they are checked out and need a fresh voice.
