Any coach not playing an UDFA rookie regular minutes, in a vacuum, is not a fireable offense
Any coach not playing an All NBA player on a max contract regular rotation minutes, in a vacuum, is a fireable offense with out extreme mitigating circumstance
In both cases, “ in a vacuum” mean the act of not playing the player regular minutes, irregardless of all other pluses and minuses that coach brings to the table
