QB's having their own office and training staff is pretty normal.
The whole beef people have with Russell Wilson stems mostly from other Black folks who are haters and think that it's unreasonable for a "corny" guy like Russell Wilson to pull a chick like Ciara but that it the crux of the whole Russell Wilson discussion.
It has nothing to do with Russ doing things that other QB's do. Some of his loud former teammates like Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas thought that they were being cool by dunking on Russell Wilson the person when they pretty much talked about how corny her was like that shit even matters. Brad Doughtery loves NASCAR but you didn't see any of his Cavs teammates or other NBA players talking down on him. Myles Garrett is really into paleontology but none of his Browns teammates call him corny because he dresses a certain way.
Another thing about Russell Wilson is that the guy simply does not talk bad about people and for some players that bothers them? Okay? That's a really weird gripe to have about a player.
Anyway if you want to find the source of why people talk about Russ the way that they do it will trace back to people who are haters because Ciara chose Russ over a dead beat dad like Future. Also Russell Wilson's whole person comes off as corny to them yet the guy is one of the most charitable athletes of this generation and was the Walter Payton Man of The Year and they act like he's an intentional asshole. He's the football John Cena and a lot of people from his own community hate that which is just a bunch of their fatherless projections being spewed on the internet.
I mean, just go and look at any picture Russ post with Future and Ciara's son and look how people respond. He's got to be the most hated stepdad ever only because he replaced their deadbeat hero.
