What a terrible night it was for the Ravens. The team they're wetting their pants over is now in the playoffs.

Did anyone outside of the locker room really believe after Chubb went down? I certainly didn’t. I hope this team at least gets one playoff win. Please rest Flacco next weekend.

Playoffs!

The two times I thought we were screwed were after Chubb went down, and then after Dawand Jones went down, oddly. I thought our line would fall apart and we couldn't run the ball anymore. The run game did obviously slip after that, but it wasn't as dire as I feared.

Ironically I didn't think the season was over once Deshaun went down, but I did think it would be a whole lot harder. Obviously Flacco came in and exceeded even wildest expectations.

I thought the season is going to be a lot harder after Chubb went down (Watson didn't play well too on that Steelers game). Then we lose some of our tackles and eventually Watson went to IR. Definitely surprise and rejuvenated that we are on the Playoffs. What a ride we're in these last few weeks.

i lost all care for the game of football in general after the Chubb injury. I was well beyond “wow things look a lot more difficult now.” I was legit depressed and crushed and literally wanted nothing to do with the game for the better part of a week.

I recognize how dramatic and extreme that was but that was by far and away the most emotionally impactful injury for me personally since it was specifically Chubb.

Our very own, one of the best to ever do it went down in that miserable shithole stadium. But here we are.

Oh yeah after DW went down I lost hope too but Flacco was a great find by AB.

One thing that is obvious for me is that the other players believe that we can win with Watson and Flacco at QB. Although the media won’t admit it, I think the Watson trade was a bit of a culture shifter too. The other players know talent and seeing Watson and Flacco they know what a top tier QB should look like. Baker and others just weren’t on the same level. The players voted Watson Captain for a reason. They believe in him.

And now, they believe in Joe. I don’t think they really believed in DTR as seen in the effort vs Denver.

I was the exact same way, and honestly thought about just not tuning in after that happened.

So anyways that lasted all of two days, and here we are celebrating the Team of Destiny™ making their run to the Super Bowl.
