Hackenberg was never as good as he was supposed to be but that program was wrecked after Sandusky and he had a number of good games.

He left college too early but he performed much better I think under Bill O'Brien than Franklin and I think that is what made him leave.

Anyways he was solid and at least a threat to put up yards in a hurry

Same. I watched some of their early games against cupcakes and their offense was just so limited with no big play ability whatsoever. Allar was laughably overhyped
