2023 Season | Series #48 | Rangers @ Guardians | Sep. 15-17, 2023

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Sandlin cannot handle pressure of an 8-run lead. Continues his streak of mediocre outings. Otherwise, a good game all the way around.

And you'd still rather have a pitcher swing the bat lol
I still worry that there are tryouts between Gallagher and Fry for the rest of this year.

And Fry hasn't been great either but at least he hits lefties.

Lavastida is once again not doing anything with the bat or glove in AAA.

Not many options here...

Maybe we can bring Yan Gomes in for backstop duties if Chicago declines his 6 mil option.

Game highlights. Just as nice the 2nd time.

This series is more like what I expect to see next year from this team.

The Guardians starters went 18.1 inning and allowed just 2 runs. And that was against the 3rd highest scoring team in baseball. Really, really impressive. The Rangers were outscored 23-6.

Williams was dominant, allowing one run in six innings. And I loved the way our left-handed hitters were going to left field as Naylor, Gimenez, and Kwan all went the other way for hits.
