A Closer Look at Andrew Wiggins

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We won't be bad enough to get him. Only shot would be massive injuries, somehow landing an unprotected pick that turns into Wiggins, or getting extremely lucky in the lottery after just missing the playoffs.

Or just plain suck for an entire month

I cant believe we are back to tracking top 4 picks yet again. :chuckles:

It Is like a holiday around here.

"It Is the mooooosssstt wonderfull tiiiiimmee of the yeeear! There will be less Cavs watching more player scouting with your favorite beeeeerrr. It Is the mooooossst wondeful time of the YEEEEEEEAAAAR"

If the first 30 games are an indication (and they are), then we should certainly be able to tank our way into the Top 4.

I think it will come down:

1) Milwaukee (they are determined to get the most ping pong balls, but likely won't get the #1 pick).
2) Philadelphia
3) Utah
4) Cleveland
5) Orlando

I think those teams are pretty much a jumble at positions 2 through 5... It'll be close. But again, it's a lottery. We've got a great shot at the first three picks just by getting into the Top 5.

Top 4 gets you Wiggins, Parker, Randle, or Embiid...I think all of those guys will be impact players.

Clowney comparisons for Wiggins? Clowney was considered the slam dunk choice number 1 in the NFL draft, went through trials and ended up the number 1 pick when all said and done.

Man, I don't know much about these guys, this is the first one I checked. Damn, he looks impressive. Now onto the other 2. Lol.

Wiggins has to be one of the most impressive athletes in recent years. He now needs to prove he can use it to win games. He has 'tremendous upside potential'

I think Paul George is his likely comparison. He also struggled to create for himself but is a two way threat

starting five (if ever deng wants to resing with the cavs)
kyrie
wiggins
deng
bennett
varejao
length on d, speed, and athleticism! open court basketball! then you have waiters as the 6th man.

If we take Wiggins, we might have more Canadian fans than the Raptors.

Defensively, he makes an impact on the floor immediately. Has a ways to go offensively, but he can be as good as he wants to be.

But the big issue for him is how much does he want to be great?
