Adams vs Gobert vs Len (alphabetical order and such)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Dieng will be a better NBA player than Len

Have there been any exams which indicate that Noel has structural damage to his knees?

Noel has failed to show up for a few scheduled appearances, so its hard to say. Again, as long as he shows up to his meeting in Cleveland tomorrow, we get answers.

Just to be clear, its a fact that Alex Len personally walked up to Nerlens Noel and bashed his knee in with a crow bar. Nerlens was perfectly fine until Jim Ross yelled into the microphone, "Dear Lord, that's Alex Len's music!". Len then stomped on the bloody bones and tendons that remained of Nerlens Noel's knee while waving a Ukrainian flag.

So it is perfectly acceptable to view Alex Len through hater glasses if you wanted the Cavaliers to draft a healthy Nerlens Noel next week. Len ruined everything for you and you should hold him personally responsible, consciously or unconsciously.

I don't really get how i'm a len hater because i reiterated the fact that Noel's "structural damage" is nothing more than a rumor at this point.

I don't think it's out of the question to ask you where you were getting this information when you say something like this:

Understand my one concern with Noel is that good authority says he has structural damage on that knee. Your words don't take that away and I wasnt the guy who caused it.

Reading that, I'm assuming you're going off more than just twitter rumors or your opinion. I thought something had actually been reported saying Noel has structural damage in his knee.

Its almost as if I've had conversations I'm not willing to share with you. Cleveland doctors check him tomorrow. Thanks, have a great day.

That's all you had to say.

I'm just asking questions here, no harm meant at all. If I said something like "I have it on good authority that Len's ankle has structural damage" with no explanation of where I was getting that information, I would have 50 people jumping down my throat.

Paying attention to what's said in other areas of RCF helps a lot.

I knew exactly what Keys was talking about, despite not having any of those same conversations myself.

Here's why I don't see why I had to say anything at all:

When a knee bends like that, you check for structural damage before investing a draft pick. Common sense people.

Doug Gotleib: On Len and Noel "Alex Len is a better pro and it's not even close. Anybody who says it's close doesn't know a thing about the NBA. Now could Nerlens Noel eventually be a shot blocker and an athletic big-man? Yeah. Alex Len should be the pick if you're going to take a big guy."

"Len is so much more skilled offensively, so much more skilled. He can hit a perimeter jump shot, score in the low post. Could he be a little bit tougher? Yeah. He's also shown NBA scouts when they watched him in the Global Games that he's a better player. I honestly don't think it's that close. I think Nerlens Noel is closer to falling out of the top 10 because of some of the baggage questions, not him, the people surrounding him, than he is to being the #1 overall pick."

thank you keys for finally calling people out about this, i was getting to that point. having to read day after day of people constantly putting down len and trying to say noel will be just fine was getting slightly aggravating. hell ill take it one step further. One of these guys probably has significant structural damage in his knee which will not only inhibit his ability to play next year, but 5 years down the road, 10 years down the road, etc. The other one of these guys has a injury most commonly developed from putting too much stress on your bones (like gaining 30 pounds of weight over the course of a summer immediately going back to your usual activities instead of gradually building up your training). Whats interesting is i know 3 people right now with stress fractures in the their shins right now, all three were people that started training for long distance running for the first times in their lives, and did it over too short a period of time. diagnosis for all of them... AMPUTATION!

Hell, when Len gets examined today we may learn that his injury is more severe than we thought. It was reportedly more of a preventative surgery, but you never know unless you are a doctor and looking at the results of the X ray or scope.

My point is that Cavaliers fans should leave themselves open to the possibility that Noel's knee (and Len's ankle) may mean someone else gets drafted #1. The posters who want to draft Noel no matter what are being short-sighted.

If you didn't hear about the previous exams, that must be frustrating.

Noel is scheduled to be examined in Cleveland tomorrow. So in 24 hours all the questions will have some more clear answers. Until then, the guy who had his knee bend sideways has question marks.

That depeneds on if Noel shows up or not :chuckles:
