The in season tourney will lose cachet as it becomes clear it means absolutely nothing for who the best teams in the league are.

With that said, at least it’s a fucking basketball game, unlike whatever this was

Imagine being ignored by a fake , still breastfeeding, autistic all star in the name of Scottie Barnes when you have quadruple the talent and experience that he has.

Scottie can enjoy watching Spyda competing in the ECF this year. Hope he enjoys it.
 
I mean, this is not the game to hope someone passes to you (much like the rising stars game). You just have to take the ball and do something. Literally the guys who did the best were the ones who didn't share. By best, I mean biggest box score.

But whatever, 5 year olds play more interesting basketball games than whatever the crap that was. They should just can the whole thing. What's funny is I don't even mind Jokic and Doncic just screwing off either, they realize it's a total farse, and just role with it that way. It's annoying when others treat it like a place to make a name for themselves.

There is really no lamer award in basketball than the All Star Game MVP. It essentially just means you ball hogged.
 
It's funny that the All-Star Game features the best talent on the planet, and somehow produces the most unwatchable, non-basketball brand of basketball around.

At its best, basketball is art. The court is the canvas, the ball the brush. Continuing that analogy, the All-Star Game is like watching kids at a preschool grabbing the paint from each other and throwing it at the wall.

His face and hairline for one. 2 is I don’t like his stiff, ugly ass game. And everytime we play the Raptors it’s just seems like he whines and is an ass all game
 
The All Star Game has become more and more of a joke over the years, and Saturday night is approaching it in how terrible it is. Three point shooting is no longer novel or interesting - though I still think the shootout is worth having. The dunk competition is cool but just because of McClung. The All Star Break is my least favorite part of the NBA season because it means a week without game threads.

Well the first one is not a good reason. The second one is inconsistent with what he has shown on the court. Third one, I will grant he complains a lot but i blame Nurse for that one
 
every time people shit on Scotty Barnes I just imagine an alternate reality where we had drafted him over Mobley and RCF was constantly shitting on Mobley and claiming Barnes was going to turn into Kawhi Leonard

In that alternate reality the Cavs are 19-36 and never traded for Mitchell because they weren’t ready to contend around him.
