More than likely, this pick should have been Jabari. But we're still getting a good, possibly very good player. Gotta be happy for that given the lottery odds.

Yeah, because most people would prefer an overweight player who didn't want to be here to a guy that had a 5 foot wide smile when Cleveland took him.

I liked Jabari but he clearly didn't want to play for the Cavs. Wiggins looked incredibly happy we took him. Throw in his ceiling and it makes perfect sense that he's the pick.

If there's one thing I'll give Wiggins at this point, it's that he's cumming off as very confident. The few times I heard him speak to the media earlier in the season, he seemed timid and unsure of himself. Now here he is almost putting Cleveland on his back hours after the draft, saying he's going for ROY, all defensive team, all-star game, and wants to bring titles to Cleveland. Love what I'm hearing and pray that he can live up to the hype. Go Cavs

The Cavs got the guy who has been talked about as a future NBA star since he was 13. Many times the best pick is the most obvious one. Very happy they didn't try to get clever with it. Now let's hope they don't get tempted to move him for a vet.
