Unless he is wearing a girdle I would say he certainly not fat.

He's developed the exact physique he needs for the NFL at his size: Sturdy while still being light enough to move around well.

How has this roster dramatically improved from last year that should increase the win total from 0 to 5 or 6 if Hue does his job?

Tyrod Taylor instead of Deshawn Kizer has to be worth at least 6 wins all by itself. Add Jarvis Landry and keep some of our other guys healthy that missed significant games last season and that is a big improvement. Add talent and depth to the defensive secondary. Add a new established OC instead of Hue calling the plays.

Those things aren't significant improvements?
