How ignorant is that comment? If it werent for William Green, we would have never made the playoffs. He CARRIED that team on his shoulders. Couch was crap til Green started to open up the passing games because he was a huge threat. His second year started off pretty good to til that suspension, and Im pretty sure Green hasnt missed a game due to injury.

Suggs however has done nothing outside of the Bengals game that has impressed me. He ran the ball almost 40 times vs the Chargers, than the last two games were gimmes.

And his TD drive came agaisnt the Giants FIRST TEAM defense.

And that rumor is crap, he has no trade value. He is one strike away from being done for. No team is going to give a good draft pick for that. Andre Davis has right to worry, but he should be happy because Seattle and Philly are better teams than Cleveland, which are probably the two desitanation spots for him.

Davis in Philly scares me though, really does. I dont want to let him go, Id trade Cutt before Andre.

Ruanu this is what we talk about the stuff people say outside of the OTeayor.Keep those type of comments in there man.Green i think will make noise this year if we keep him...If his value sky rockets we might look to trade him for a D linemen but thats just something im saying.I dont wanna trade him but i could see it happening to one of our RB's if their value is high.

And I'm a concerned about our defense, the 3-4 is a good defense to run but only if you have the personnel to do it, I don't think we do as we got manhandled by their running game.

Yep. We don't have the DL to run the 3-4. Roye is good, but that's it, and he's not a spring chicken (i.e. he'll be old by the time the browns are good). It's gonna be a long year on the defensive side of the ball.

The worst thing about this game was the commentators. Golic is terrible, but the one analyst is even worse.

I watched the game last night and wasn't overly impressed with any of the backs. I personally thought McCullough looked the best, then Green, then Suggs (of course that would then be against decending talent as well). The play that actually impressed me the most was by Suggs on a screen pass, where he waited long enough for Andruzzi to set in front of him before hitting the hole hard. The running game wasn't impressive to me at all.

Frye was good, really good. He forced the one throw, but came back and learned from it. He has a nice pocket presence and seemed to be able to feel pressure more than any other QB.

Kurpeikis, Ruff, Jones, Lehan and Cribbs all impressed me as well. Baxter, Fisk, Coleman, and Davis didn't look good. That was also a VERY nice kick from Tyler Jones for the GW FG.

I like the Ruff guy we signed he laid the wood on some giants players, I like Sultan McCullough too, Russell and Perkins looked good didn't see much of Jones and unfortunately Pool was injured :/...dont rag on gary baxter guys plaxico is 6 5 with longer arms and a bigger vertical theres nothing he could do.

from what i heard baxter said that he thought the play was over and plax pushed a little bit, when baxter looked up he didnt see the ball and plax caught it. then after the play plax told baxter that he to thougth the play was over.

i will admit that when i saw 24 out thier i thought griffith was still on the team.

The play was over? The dude was looking at Plax the whole time. It took like 3 seconds before Bax knew which way to turn.

I could barely stand watching the game because of the horrible job the three announcers did. Golic was 3 seconds behind on every play and couldn't pronounce anyones names right. I understand its just preseason but you could have spent 15 minutes learning names.

As for the game, I sure hope the 3/4 gets better or they may have to scrap it completely.
