Cade York Returns?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I don't think using a practice squad spot on York is in his or the team's best interests.
I agree, I just think it's not the worst thing to offer a guy when guys who have been drafted and cut in the past usually end up working out for the next team. Dustin Hopkins does have somewhat of a history of injury.

More or less asking if we're allowed to add him to the practice squad, regardless of likelyhood.

Yes, the Browns are allowed him to the practice squad. But it's also up to York to agree to be added as well.

There is a pedo joke here somewhere, but I'm not clever enough to come up with a good punchline.

Lee does pedophilia backwards, apparently.

No one is gonna add Cade to their 53 man after his preseason performance. He'll end up on a practice squad somewhere, maybe here, more likely somewhere else.

Wish him the best of luck.

Could we still be trying to trade him?

Better pin all your hopes on Emerson.

And maybe Ford.

Thomas was a solid choice for where he was selected, but might not even make the team this year.
I like Wright but he needs to get healthy. If Zadarius is a one year guy, we’ll really need Beto out of three of McGuire, Wright, and Thomas to show they can be legit pros.

I trust Jim Schwartz 100% to recognize that in D Lineman

Personally, I have a lot more belief in McGuire than Wright.

I think Wright is stiff and unable to ever rush the passer. At most you're getting a run-stopping, edge-setting player out of him.

I think Thomas and Lonnie Phelps are both good as end-of-roster rotational ends.

Wright is like a homeless man's Jadeveon Clowney.

It's all too fun to go back and read the first page or so of this thread. Gravediggers could be in business for years with the Cade York takes.

Shoutout to @Coyote850 with my favorite one so far.

Really glad Berry was willing to use a valuable pick on a kicker. It was a glaring need and every team that is serious about contending has a good, reliable kicker. We desperately needed one and hopefully York is that guy for us.
My favorite pick of our draft. We NEEDED a kicker. Fuck it, roll the dice on this kid. Mark my words...... When its .03 on the clock in the AFC Championship Game in 2024, York lines up on the 38 yard line and splits the upright to put us the Superbowl............ Every one of you owes $10 to my favorite charity.
