I like Jaylen Brown and I have no problem with that dunk to end the game.

If the clock is running, then defend. This isn't little league. These "disrespect" rules are childish and dumb.
Nah, Jaylen was taunting the shit out of Korver in Boston, taunting Korver? Come on, the kid is over his head. He can fuck off with the rest of them. Then you have Marcus Morris screaming in TT's face literally, that was such a taunt if I ever saw one. I understand we don't want a pussy league without emotion, but there's lines. Morris crossed it by staring TT in the eyes and screaming his head off because he made the better end of a play.

But the only way to shut em up is beat them at home.

Anyways, from a classy standpoint, Cavs showed it by getting a turnover to end their last possession.

If Love scored 20 they win by 20.

Love is killing them offensively. Yes he’s doing othe things, but he’s a MAX player. He’s got to chip in 20+ points.
4-12 tonight. 1-3 from three. Just not enough.
Love isn't killing anybody. It's a privilege to have a player like him that checks his ego at the door, sacrificed individual numbers, and is all about team basketball first.

His presence regardless if he misses is huge to what our team benefits off of, the defense must respect Love's shot, they will always defend Love's shot, therefore the paint is open for business, and if he's on the floor, there's no closing hours.

I'm also one that's neutral on Love, I call it how it is, he was horrendous vs Indiana, great vs Toronto, decent vs Boston with awful shooting, but nonetheless he's still a threat.

If he shoots lights out then we have a chance at winning any basketball game in my opinion. We need the guy flat out, basketball won't be fair without him.

So Stevens need to make an adjustment to try and get TT from destroying horford. Last game they even tried a pin down to get him open (for a shot he doesn't practice). I think the Celtics plan to switch and recover might be coming to an end. Although it jams the game up and reduces the pace the Cavs have been careless with the ball and given then the illusion of it still working. If I was him I would blotch Bron on any TT screens switch and love screen and hedge any guard screen. Try and make TT be a playmaker and scoere

I really starting to hate Jaylen Brown. He's becoming a really jerk in this series. First he made comments before the game saying Lebron has to earn the title of King against the Celtics. The his team is losing and he flexing muscles like he's some tough guy. Now he wants to blame the refs for the Celtics losing when both the Celtics and Cavs went to the line the same amount of times.

Then this fool dunks the ball when the game is over just so he can increase his points.

As I've said many times, Jaylen Brown is just a guy. Remember how Crawford looked under Stevens? That's Jaylen Brown. He doesn't do anything exceptionally well or poorly. I would be surprised if he ever makes an All Star game.

Observations..The Celtics are attacking the worse defenders, Love/Korver but both made good plays .
However if they are not scoring it's a huge negative.
It got Love in foul trouble and kinda took Kover out of his game late third .
The Cavs have to find a way to get help on both when they are taken off the dribble and posted up.
Thats why I thought Lue should have played Zizic some in the paint to help out.
And also to counter Baynes, who [plays physical..sometimes hacking everyone in sight.
I also thought he should have played Clarkston more than 4 minutes.
He let Green play a ton of minutes. But Green is inconsistent a lot.
Third Quarter is evil...

If anyone hears of any Boston fan starting to make excuses that they are missing their top 2 players, just remind them we are handicapping ourselves by not playing our second best player, the big O, just to make things fair.

The Celtics were NEVER the "better team". Sorry. I didn't buy that for one fucking second.

The Celts basically got "bad LBJ" in game 1. And we also lost the game in the 1st quarter. That was a throwaway game almost. And then I think the team just assumed we would game 2 because LeBron...and then the 2nd half happened and we were just utter dogshit for no reason. We should be up 2-1...we had control of game 2 and that 2nd half was so weird...

I just feel like the Cavs, including LeBron which was the main issue, were poorly prepared for the Celtics. I feel like we just didn't properly respect them. Games 1 and 2 felt like Games 3 and 4 of the Toronto series in 2016. "I've been in a lot of adverse situations and this isn't one of em" is the famous LBJ quote...

If LeBron plays the way he did on both ends, I really dont see how the Celtics can win even another game. They really shouldn't score more than like 95 in a game unless they get insanely hot and even then we should still be able to outgun them.

Cavs really SHOULD win this in 6. I feel like we can easily win 3 more straight....with both teams personnel where it currently stands, I think we should beat Boston every single time we play unless it's a massive fluke type of game. We are better and I still cant believe Boston is up 2-1.

Jesus Christ, you're still on this kick of "everything bad is Lebron's fault because he should magically win every single game for us". Guess what: even great players are human beings and cannot guarantee all-everything performance every moment of every game. Also, it's an unfortunate fact that NBA rules require five people on the basketball court at all times, and four of our players are not Lebron.

The regular season was the time to think about "hey we have just one playable center on the squad so maybe we should also develop Zizic". No way Lue throws Zizic in a playoff game after giving him so little PT all season.

Imagine if we could clone a couple LeBrons and put them on this team. First stint LeBron with his insane athleticism and explosiveness. Miami LeBron with his legendary lockdown defense. Put those with present day genius LeBron and we'd take down Golden State easily.

It's not a question of "fault" -- it's just reality. He's the best player in the world, the best player on our squad by far, and if he doesn't play well, we have little or no chance. That's not "blaming" him. It's really more of an acknowledgement of how great he is.

I have a feeling Game 5 is going to be an absolute nailbiter. It’s gonna be the closest of any game this series, I just hope we come out on top.

The C's play much better at home, and that crowd is really important when the team is mostly younger players.

You just described an important role player- but he's a MAX player in his PRIME. As such, he need to produce at MAX player levels for this team to optimize its current self.

Yes Kev does everything, he rebounds at an elite level, his defense has been solid, his passing is elite. But he needs to SCORE more effectively. If he simply made the 4-5 missed layups a game, he'd average over 20 a game.

Is it unfair? Perhaps. But after LBJ, the spotlight is on him. Kyrie took the scoring burden off him, but he needs to start hitting shots. If he does, this team will finish off Boston and has a legit shot at GS.

Love scoring 10-15 a game against GS equals a sweep of the Cavs.
