The only player not named LBJ and Irving to score in the 4th quarter was Korver off of the timeout, back door designed play. ISO ball just kills our offense but when you have one of the most versatile ISO players in the game, it's always going to rear its ugly head. If Irving and LBJ are going to ISO the fuck out of the ball late, then they need to play to their strengths...let Irving operate in space and let LBJ try to get past his man getting to the rim. Too many stupid shots last night in the crunch.

With what space when 2 players are not defended? At least some of those isolations would have ended up in attempts at the rim rather than 3PAs if the Pacers even pretended to acknowledge Shumpert in the corner.

I don't really care too much about those isolations since that is what our main guys are good at, but at least put them in positions to succeed in them and not force them into tougher shots because there are players on our team that don't warrant being guarded.

There definitely should be a rotation change that doesn't have LeBron play the fourth in the beginning if he plays all those minutes in the 3rd.

Can't wait for Game 3...Game 3 on the road is where you really break the other team's spirit. Let's show some real killer instinct here and go for the sweep. It will help our confidence and give us some real rest. The Toronto-Milwaukee series is going at least 6 games I think.

Loving this series... I might go get my broom..lol

Did you seriously predict anything other than a win? Seeing as you said you wanna be proven wrong that's gotta be what you meant. Do you really think the Pacers can beat us barring a historically bad choke job?
It's crazy how ppl let the media get in their heads

I don't blame you

But cmon man don't disrespect the team

They are gonna steamroll the Pacers. Celtics and Wizards scare me way more

No, I'm disrespecting them. Show me you want this. So far these guys are acting like winning the title once is all that matters. Still, I wasn't one of those saying the Pacers would beat them. My prediction was Cavs in 6. This is a pivotal game tonight - Cavs win tonight and I think we'll wind up sweeping. Cavs lose this game and I can see us going back to CLE tied 2-2.

If EVERYONE comes to play and we do FLIP THE SWITCH then this series is done, finished over in 4.

Everyone here keeps saying this. I'm waiting to see them put it into action. They've been routinely been getting beaten by mediocre teams for the past few months, and by mediocre, I even mean the Wizards and Boston. Those teams, with the talent they have, don't belong in the conversation with the Cavs. They SHOULD win 1 game at most out of a series with the Cavs, based on talent alone. That said, the Cavs haven't been bringing it, and are WAY out of practice with a championship level of play. I don't buy this switch flipping bull. You don't see Pops having his team play that way. Golden State aren't playing that way. We didn't play THIS way last year. Granted, they did coast some last year - but if we played like we did in the second half all year long, we'd potentially be looking at being in the lottery. I just don't have faith in these guys or in the amount of time they have to get their act together before they get their asses handed to them.

Am I the only one who thinks that Paul George has made some exceptionally difficult shots so far in this series? I know he's a great player, but you'd have to think that some of those contested jumpers are going to stop falling.

Such a brave prediction.

I think that as well, but also feel he could keep it up since he isn't just some role player.

He did the same thing last year to Toronto.

He's just a superstar hitting superstar shots.

PG like Kyrie is one of the biggest gameraisers in the Nba. Although nowhere as clutch I'll bet my house that he hits those shots again tonight

I really can't stand Paul George. He wants to drop 30 on the Cavs but struggles and is a no show against the rest of the league.
