What is so obvious to you? I just put-out red flags. What quells the uncertainty with those? Can you say why you want Barkley, other than "it's obvious"?

AP had such a high % of negative yard runs in his 1800 yard season. Dalvin Cook was a similar running style to Barkley in college with much less talent.

I wasn't using anything to my "advantage," and this is proof that pretty much my entire point went over your head. I came in here to post on Josh Allen because I was genuinely curious about what people see in what I judge to be a mediocre prospect- I was met with the same hostility the last time I asked that too. I've been told he is a winner, which he really isn't, I've been told his supporting cast sucks- okay. I've been told he has a huge arm, mmkay. Still not seeing it. I don't claim to be a scout or QB guru, I've watched plenty of the kid and don't really like much of what I see. Why should he be the #1 pick?

When somebody clamps down and makes the argument against Josh Allen, it's pretty difficult to dispute it'd be ridiculous to take him with the #1 pick when you have 3 other guys there with just as much upside and potential but far more polished at this point. That was why I brought up Klatt, because it was the first time I'd seen somebody in the media actually clamp down and argue against him. Which made me ask...where is all this smoke coming from with this guy going #1 and why do the mocks from guys I've never heard of have him going #1?

You haven't, you compared Peterson's numbers in the NFL (where he was, if I recall, borderline top 10) to Barkley's numbers in college (in which he was the worst by quite a bit).

Providing anecdotal evidence of something happening once upon a time doesn't dispel anything about Saquon Barkley's red-flags. One example of guys overcoming such issues isn't causal to all prospects overcoming similar issues.

About what they were talking about on the show. Obviously we don't agree and that is fine. I see Allen's upside and you don't. I am fine with that. I just wished more people were less hateful to him and actually talked without being biased.
