Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What why?

Some obvious:

1. I know people push back on this all the time, but putting other companies out of business. (I know, have your fight for Kroger, etc. as well)

2. The long fucking lines.

I am not going to get into the unfair treatment of employees or the wages, as I heard people talk about that but I don't get into that. But just the training they do to their employees. Basically none. The front greeters are great. Give an older person something to do and can put a smile on your face when walking in. But then that smile goes away. I have been in a Walmart probably 2x in the past 2-3 years and one time there was a fight, more like a brawl - between employees. I was in a giant rush and needed to ask where something was, I went by 3-4 employees, each not knowing shit and didn't even bother to say, "let me find that our for you" or "let me help you" - simply, "Nope. Don't know where it is." - and walked away. Now this can happen at other places, of course.

Now I think it's great Walmart can save deserving families a lot of $. But for the trash that goes there, the horrible experiences literally EVERY time I have stepped into one, the auto check out machines are always down. The employees are absolutely rude as shit.

I avoid.

Just my opinion. If you enjoy it, hats off to ya.

I've never had problems with lines but we have like 20 self check out kiosks in addition to ten cashiers.

My problem with them is no one is considerate in the aisles. People seem to seek out the highest traffic areas and then stop moving to perform superfluous acts like checking Facebook on their phones. I literally started walking through people and yelling excuse me.

If you're gonna population density like new york, I'm going to dickhead like new york

Cheat day. Can't decide between 2 whopper meal for ten or breakfast burrito

If my shoulder is still fucked in a week I'm going to a doctor. This is horseshit

Sup d00ds... been like a year since i posted here lol.

I fell the fuck off around this time last year, ballooned up to like 200 lbs. I got all depressed not being able to find a job which made it hard to care about a diet and especially hard to care about pushing myself in the gym... got a job end of january and lost ~25lbs since then, currently between 175-180 and in a much better place mentally.

You could say im back on my bullshit, ready to make some fuckin gainz!

I ended up doing the 100 mile bike ride!

The first ~65 miles were easy as hell. Few up and downs but a lot of straight or barely incline hills. I went into the 65 mile rest stop feeling amazing, ready to dominate. Bragging to myself how easy this is and why was I so scared?

Then the next 35 miles happened.

Massive hills. It seemed like the hills never stopped. At one point I thought I was entering the pearly gates. The last 35 miles crushed me, but I still finished.

Since this was my first time riding a bike in over 10 years and I didn't train for this at all (longest bike ride was 25 miles and I didn't accumulate over 75 miles on the bike at all before the race)..I wasn't going for record time. I averaged around 15mph the first 65 miles and around 11mph the final 35.

It's all for cancer research here at OSU so a day of getting my ass kicked is well worth it. Next year I plan to actually train and dominate it.

I pulled my calf on an early morning run two weeks ago. I wasn't listening to my body, knew I was dehydrated, and it popped at mile three of a run. I sat a week out from running and did upper body, then went out for a run and it popped again. I then said screw it and stopped doing any workouts.

Anything I can do to speed this calf along?

You can try glutamine. Haven't heard anyone talk about it lately. Otherwise just have to wait it out

I gave up bread until the McGregor/Mayweather fight. I noticed that I consume bread more than I probably should. I've also been Chuck Norrising the shit out of my Total Gym. And the protein shakes I make are usually super lean - Water, Kale, Spinach, banana, blue berries, agave, 20g vanilla Whey, fat burner, and glutamine.

I'm also looking to join another gym, because while mine is good for classes (Spinning is the main one I take)- but working here and working out here is complicated. I get interrupted during my workouts, even with headphones on. I rather go somewhere where people don't know me. Especially in the winter months.

Chicken and veggies every night is rough. But I'm seriously trying to lean down. Fight night will be my biggest cheat meal.
