Diet and Workout Routines

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yea. 4 months. Impinged shoulder
Ouch! Not an easy fix. Have you been doing your stretches. From what I know most commonly it comes from tight chest weak back particularly between scapula. I would try to break up those bog meaty pecs of yours with a tennis ball against a wall try and get that per major per minor and serratus anterior to loosen up then do wall reactions for the scapula strength nut that's just my best guess

Backs feeling better, took it pretty easy for a few days and today just did a brisk 15 min on the elliptical and 3x5 deadlifts at 135 to get some blood flowing to the area. Rippetoe basically suggests as much; if it's a sore/throbbing pain; rest and light work to spur recovery...if sharp/shooting, go to a doctor lol.

Since there's been some talk of injuries, figured I'd check with you all on this one.

Recently started lifting again (5 weeks ago) and have regained my strength pretty quickly. As I'm putting more weight on bench presses, I noticed I'm feeling some pain in my right collarbone. I know the differences between simply being sore and actual discomfort, so I'm not quite sure what this pain is from. Won't feel it too much on overhead presses or other shoulder routines, but do notice it with simple pushups or other chest exercises. Almost feels like too much stress on the collarbone itself.

Anyone else ever run in to this? I'm finally settling into a good routine, so I don't want to take too much time off to rest. Thanks.

I had something similar. Mine was due to tightness causing me to slight shrug that side on the push phase. I dig my fingers into that are and mfr the pec and upper trap and it sorted it out

Been stagnating.

Taking aot of advil for shoulder and not lifting. Almost better.

Running off 700 calories a day now, on tren, and consuming around 1100. This weight is going to fly off expeditiously. I need to fucking bulk.

Out of curiosity -- are you ever nervous about the purity of the anabolics you purchase?

I should be but no. I use trusted sources. Doesn't mean they can't fuck something up, but I've only had one problem in 5 years and it was with a guy I pissed off.

Wasn't dangerous gear but it wasn't real either.

Just out of curiosity, what would you recommend as a "safe" first cycle? What was yours and what type of positives/negatives did you experience?

so first 'safe' cycle would just be testosterone enanthate. you inject twice a week for 12-16 weeks iirc. you need to do research before investing though. like long term effects (some people are susceptible to acne or going bald, etc) and ancillary compounds necessary to handle side effects and coming back down.

I did my first cycle way too early. wasn't ready. I had just lost a lot of weight and wanted to put any weight on that I could. I wasn't experienced in bulking the right way or with truly solid diet. I ate everything and you get exhausted eating so you tend to throw down anything with protein, even if its bad for you, to hit the number you need to. I think I went from like 165 to 215 in 4 months. If I had a shirt on, I just looked like a big fucking dude, but man, it was not pretty. my face was a balloon.

in my opinion, I don't think steroids are really worth it if you don't stay on permanently. you gain 10-15 lbs in 8-10 weeks, but you lose maybe 1/4 of that when your body restores natural homeostasis. so in 3 months, youre up like 8 pounds, and you should be able to gain 2 lbs a month clean if youre eating PERFECTLY, so there really isn't much benefit, and youre running risk of fucking up your body.

I've converted.

You need to run. It makes you invest more in your diet. I'm not burning off 300 calories just to eat a donut that I'll forget I'm eating while eating it and not even enjoy it.

For those who get bored running: split into sessions. I do 100 calories three times, rest in between each, once in morning once at night.

So are you saying that you can keep about 75% of your gains permanently?

And, isn't the purpose of steroids to break the genetic plateau?
