Draft Trade Speculation and Rumors

Not to make something out of nothing, but out of Len, Noel, Oladipo, Bennett, Porter and McLemore, the only one that Dan Gilbert follows on Twitter is Victor Oladipo.

Completely meaningless, but I found that odd.

When Gilbert flew various members of the CLE sports community to NJ for the lottery, Andy Baskin was on Bull & Fox and mentioned that Oladipo was a big topic of conversation on the flight over. This was before the draft mind you, but further adds to the intrigue.

You're reaching there. Just like the people thinking him following Oladipo means he'll be the pick.

I assume Oladipo interviewed very well and Gilbert thinks highly of him- doesn't mean he'll be the pick.

A big ten basketball fan following one of the top big ten basketball players on twitter is a reach? Thinking Gilbert is following Oladipo for any other reason is a reach.

A friend of mine is a realtor and he told me that Oladipo is in the process of closing on a house in Strongsville.

Again, my Oladipo thing was a mere meaningless observation. Just as meaningful as someone throwing around bs trade machine ideas.

With that said, someone on here must've tweeted it at Gilbert because he just mentioned how he follows Fred McLeod but it doesn't mean he will be drafting him.
