is it just me or does that sound a lot like "we may wait until after game 5 (hoping the warriors win) and then suspend him for the first few games of next year"?

Don't think that's legal. If he is suspended, we'll know by game 5.
 
I am 100% looking for hope anywhere I can find it, but any chance that a Draymond Green suspension for game 5 (however unlikely), might be the morale boost our players need going into a do-or-die game on the road?
I question how much impact his suspension would even have on the game, but maybe just the guys feeling like they have more of a chance because of it could be beneficial?

Maybe? Frankly, I don't care if it helps or not. Suspend this clown.
 
I don't buy that the NBA is "rigged" at all. Do I think the Warriors get special treatment? Absolutely. Do I think Draymond would have been suspended already if he was on another team? Certainly. But rigged?

If I was rigging it, I'd have the Cavs win this year - LeBron is still a HUGE money-maker for the league and him bringing a title here would be a tremendous story to sell. Not to mention every NEO resident would purchase literally anything with "NBA Champions" on it. Then the league would push the rubber match angle for 2016-2017, with Cavs-Warriors as the Final for the 3rd time.

This isn't rigged, it's the Cavs losing to a better team that also takes full advantage of the little bits of special treatment they receive.

Whats terrible about this, the Adams kick is much, much worse. He freaking launched that dudes nether region into another dimension. The NBA chickened out and admitted it was bad (Flagrant 2) but refused to suspend him.

Yes, he swung. But it was a weak ass flick of the wrist. He was trying to not be punked. In short, he did what he promised not to do, be baited. There is no convenient excuse for how his limb flailed this time.

The most interesting thing will be the exact punishment. Flagrant 2? Flagrant 1? Flagrant 2 Plus suspension? Flagrant 1 Plus suspension?. My, simple guess, Flagrant 1 with no suspension. He'll get the automatic suspension and the media won't make a big deal about the weak punishment.

Another question. What the hell did he say? I'm guessing a family thing

I don't think it's terrible. They gave him a flagrant 2 there, they'll give him a 1 here (let's just assume arguendo) and he gets suspended automatically. They still end up looking somewhat consistent.
 
Not to oversell it but Draymond getting suspened would be massive. He is the guy that allows them so much freedom on defense. If that's Harrison Barnes in his place, everything is easier. Post ups are easier. Getting by him as a guard when he switches is easier. He can't defend as a small ball center.

Please please please.
