depends on which version of shaq we're talking about. his weight ranged from 270 to 370.
Im not very good at analyzing bf% by shoulder and arm striations, best way is to look at abs.
on a normal person, i'd say this is about 20%, maybe higher. Itd be so high you wouldnt focus on it until you lost weight (if you were bodybuilding for example). But theres more to disentangle, because someone with a large amount of muscle mass but also a large amount of bodyfat is going to look like they have a soft midsection, and their bodyfat percentage could very well be at 15%. Same when considering bone mass of a large individual
10% bodyfat could be necessary to see abdominal muscles on an individual with low lean mass. 100 pound guy would have 10 lbs of muscle, which first and primarily manifests in the midsection. A 7 foot tall man with 100 lbs of lean body mass weighing in at 300lbs could be 10% bodyfat, and abs may not be apparent. thats 30lbs of fat, again, that first manifests in the midsection.
the man in my avatar looks huge, right? well, he's only 155 here, iirc, and around 5'10. If you put a shirt on him, he'd be swimming in it.
Look at lebron in a shirt or streetclothes. He doesn't look huge. He does in a jersey, surrounded by a bunch of lean nba players (which is practically all of them).
1. unintimidating lebron.
2. genuinely fing big lebron.
3. a litte bigger than a normal person lebron.
