Great show of respect by both the crowd and the players there at the end. What a contrast from those fucking asshole GSW fans and players.

I am not sure why this got a disagree? I respected the hell out of what Toronto's crowd did. No one left and the game was clearly over and they were chanting like they won the game.

Toronto had no chance winning this series, but they gave everything they had and made it a series. I think they should be proud of how they played.

At the end of the day talent is going to win out. But they left it all out on the court.

The crowd appreciated it. I had literally no respect for the Raptors going into this series. But I think this team earns our respect. They played us hard. Gave us everything they could.

Never noticed James Harden choking Wenlock and Love looking like a depressive fuck in a win.

This series might be super beneficial to this team in the finals. While the wins were by big margins, each game was hard and physical and I think it took this team out of any funk or malaise they might have been in after winning 10 straight.

I cannot wait for the finals, this team is something special and they could beat either GS or OKC.

Just looking on RealGM. Those Raptor fans are very classy and all of them are hoping for a Cavs victory. No animosity, no bitching.

What a great fan base and team. I salute them as should we all [military bow of respect].

Proves the regular season, without question, means absolutely nothing. Get through it healthy, and this team has the horses to do great things. Four more wins.

Wouldn't say that. The teams that played the conference finals were ranked 1,2,1,3 in their respective conferences. So the regular season carries on. Cavs defense is still not very good as well...

so how do we classify this series? competitive non-sweep? non-competitive non-sweep? rugged 6 game battle? To me it seems when the cavs showed up they destroyed the raps

Just watched the game and... man, this might be one of my favorite Cavs games of all time. So many great moments, from LeBron beasting throughout the game, to Kyrie bouncing back from a cold first half, to Frye finger wagging Bismack, and then seeing LeBron in tears by the end. Truly truly special.

Big props to the Raptors and their fans despite the amount of shit we've talked about them, they are a class act and I'm really impressed by their resolve even when down by 20+ points.

I also feel like we should commend Lowry for this last game. For as much as we've shat on him on here, and rightfully so because he has had an absolutely awful series against us, that dude went out on his motherfucking shield tonight, Norse Viking style. that game would have over 3 minutes into the third if he hadn't stepped up and gone on that ridiculous run. big props to him for trying to hold back the tide like that.

Definitely non-competitive non-sweep.

Six-game sweep?

Either way the Raptors deserve a lot of credit. No way this series should've gone six. They tested us to the best of their ability, which is a credit to them and a benefit to us down the road- better than if we'd just swept our way to the Finals. We had to overcome some adversity, which is important. And give the Raps credit for losing like men- no cheap-shotting BS like the Celtics did last year.

And those Toronto fans... wow. Unbelievable. It's easy to empathize with Toronto fans as a Cleveland fan- after all, they root for the NHL's answer to the Browns. They and their team showed a lot of class in defeat.

This x1000 I was never worried about a reckless retaliation like I was vs Detroit or Boston. Atlanta I wasn't either but they displayed poor sportsmanship and enmity. The Raptors were a real class act and helped forge us in the fires of battle and discover our identity in time for whichever juggernaut Comes out of the West (OKC plz)

Same thing on InsideHoops and they have one of the most active fanbases on there. You know the fans are classy when even on ISH, there's no animosity or trolling for effect.

Seems like they've come a long way from "WE WANT CLEVE-LAND!" ;)

@Heej deserves a lot of props for calling the series over after game 4.
Well my next prediction is Waiters and Roberson regressing to the mean with their shooting at the wrong time under the bright lights of the finals. Here's to hoping it comes true.
