When do QBs usually go in this league?

It always cracked me up when the "pros" say wait til the 3-4 round to get your QB and no one does. Then now they say you have to jump early to get your QB

I have a strong desire not to reveal anything for competitive advantage reasons... but what the hell.

The top five QBs are usually gone by the beginning of the third round. From then on, if you weren't in the mix for a top five QB, you have to decide if it's worth waiting another round or two while building up your RB/WR position players. The last two years I've been pretty lucky in getting a QB who the pundits thought might be ranked #4 or 5 at the end of the year, but end up #1 or 2 in scoring from the QB position.

I got Eli Manning in the 7th round of a 16 team league. Id say that was pretty good value

I hear ya. I swear, Eli is always underrated in FF qb rankings. He can always be found in the late rounds. I think if you can't get a Top 4-5 QB, just wait around and see who is left. In last years league, Ryan, Eli, and Roeth were all still available late.

Aside from injuries, QBs are one of the most consistent and easy to predict positions. We all know that Rodgers, Brady, and Brees (more so Brees in past years..) will put up monster numbers. Sure, there are maybe 15 other QBs who will put up very good numbers, but if you have one of those top tier QBs.. You'll be outscoring your opponent at QB every single week.

If there aren't enough slots in this league, I'd be willing to start an overflow league for the other RCFers who would like to be in a league with their fellow RCFers

I always seem to make some ridiculous roster choice in the playoffs or championship game and cost myself a title, happens every year and every year I say I'm done with FFB. Then the season starts and I'm always looking to get into a league, same shit every year. I'm in if there are any spots available.
