FANTASY FOOTBALL 2017

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Calling Watson better than Mariota based on a couple of games sample size is ridiculous. Watson's score last week was buoyed by several garbage time touchdowns.

Mariota hasn't played that well this year. Watson shows upside that Mariota doesn't generally have. Pretty sure most people would not accept Mariota for Watson in a trade given his week to week ceiling.

Yeah, in redraft they probably wouldn't right now. It's worth noting that Mariota was coming off a major injury (broken leg), and so it was generally expected he'd struggle a bit early on.

I'd still take Mariota all day every day over Winston in dynasty. We've seen Mariota play at an elite fantasy level over the course of an entire season. We haven't seen that with Watson. Remember, Wentz looked fantastic the first four or five games last year before he came crashing back down to earth. Rookie QBs tend to struggle a lot, and Watson's stats last week benefited immensely from negative game script and a defense that was willing to give up touchdowns because they were so far ahead. They didn't even bother guarding Hopkins on that last touchdown pass.

Fuck, sorry. Been doing shit since the hurricane. But my fantasy team is 4-1. The only loss came from the fucking hurricane. Was too fucked up to set my lineup. Anyways, yes, sometimes I use the word cuck. Most of those times, people like Kyrie, Manziel, and those ilk are the ones being referred to when I use it.

Travis Kelce, Duke Johnson, L. Bell, Dak, and a hodge-podge of receivers are getting the job DONE in my ppr league.

I'm always looking to add players in my neverending search for a RB2 to my RB1 Leveon Bell.

I have:
  • Joe Mixon
  • Aaron Jones
  • Jamal Willams
  • Wayne Gallman
  • Theo Riddick
Guy in my league just dropped Rob Kelley for Alfred Morris. That's a no-brainer to grab and drop Williams, right? Standard scoring.

By no means a fan of Fat Rob, but you should absolutely roster him over Jamal Williams.

Mariota has not played at an elite fantasy level over the course of an entire season. His game log is 15, 16, 4, 8, 30, 27, 16, 19, 25, 27, 21, 21, 6, 5, 7.

Mughn hasn't set up his lineup this week so far. He didn't set it up last week. I will probably win the most games going forward in the league. My team is stacked. Reed may be back. Engram could be a target monster.

Guy with Elliot is so depleted at RB. He now has:
  • Elliot
  • Lynch
  • Alf Morris
  • Jaquizz
  • Alex Collins
I have:
  • Leveon
  • Mixon
  • Aaron Jones
  • Rob Kelley
  • Gallman
  • Riddick
I'm starting to really like the potential of mine. Mixon, I think, has a better ROS outlook than Lynch. Jones may very well take over the lead back, relegating Ty to his natural passing down back role. Gallman, by default, is the best runner in NYG. Rob Kelley is a week away from reclaiming his lead back role in WAS. With injuries around the league at RB, and with having 3 top 15 WRs on my roster, I like my current roster.

However, I think I can get the Zeke owner to at least consider a move. He's in a 4 way tie for first in his division at 2-3. Yeah, his division sucks, but first auto qualifies for playoffs. He's not going to stay that way starting Morris or Collins.

What would be a fair offer? Mixon and Bell are off the table.

If you're confident you'll make the playoffs I'd 100% send Mixon packing

If I had Zeke and I was offered any of your other backs I'd decline (to be fair I'd also decline for Mixon but I'm super low on Mixon)

Being the lead back on the Giants hasn't meant anything in about 5 years and that isn't going to change now

Kelley has been trash lately. I think he will pick it up but as a centerpiece for a Zeke trade? Dude could definitely get much better than that for Zeke

I'll believe Jones will be the lead back when I see it. That's a really big risk for that guy to take

Is it PPR? If not Riddick holds really low value

I'd say there is a 50/50 shot Zeke isn't suspended. Up to the request for the En Banc hearing.

A dude in my pay dynasty league dropped Cam Meredith yesterday. I was shocked, because I think Meredith has WR2 potential in fantasy. I was equally shocked that I got him for free and no one else even bothered to put in a claim. I'm out of money now, so I couldn't bid anything and pretty much resigned myself to not getting him. Logged on when I got home tonight and he was on my team.

Ironically, he dropped Meredith to pick up JJ Watt, who I dropped. I'll call that a win. I think Meredith has a much better chance of being a meaningful fantasy football player going forward than Watt. Watt just looks done. He can't stay healthy and, when he's been on the field, he just hasn't been terribly effective.

I certainly would have held on to Meredith over Matt Breida (who I like, but still), Alfred Morris, James Conner, and Andy Dalton (this is a single QB league, so Dalton has next to no value). Dude's also wasting a roster spot on Jimmy G and doesn't even have Brady.

another week and i don't know who to start. pick three, lev/gurley/ingram/kamara (and tevin, james white), PPR

all the talking heads are saying ingram but he doesn't excite me like kamara does. i think in PPR i gotta go kamara.

damn if this was a two-flex league i'd seriously be wrecking, i mean i already am seriously wrecking, but i'd be seriously seriously wrecking
