I'm seriously so excited about this rumor. THIS is what we wait for as cavs fans/message board nerds. Andrew Bynum and Kyrie would be something special. If Dion ends up being an all star too, holy shit balls.

Guys, not to get to far ahead of ourselves, and there's obviously a lot we don't know as far as what bad contracts we might take on, but even if Bynum signs a Max extension, there is a good chance we'd have room to sign another MAX level FA either after this year(2013 offseason) or next year(2014 offseason), before Kyrie's extension kicks in.

Furthermore, if we do add Bynum and ship out either/both of Andy/Tristan, would love even more to see Scola picked up

Bynum refuses to give ORLANDO any indication he would sign an extension!!! Just saying.......

Well he listed Cleveland as a preference for next year, so I would not be worried about that.

Well. As said, Zeller and Waiters can't be dealt post-signing. We have picks, Thompson, Varejao, and cap room for a bad contract. I'd love playing Zeller at the 4 and have twin towers. He's a great complement to Bynum due to his midrange capabilities. Getting ahead of myself....

And that should be taken with a grain of salt.

Giving up Thompson, multiple picks, and maybe absorbing $$ should require an extension. Especially with a personality like Bynum. If it's a low-key guy with Durant's character, for example, I might be more inclined to roll the dice. But Bynum? When he is downgrading from the 2nd best city in the country to...Cleveland? That sort of gamble is huge.
