Game #12 | #2 Ohio State vs. #3 Xichigan | Nov. 25th, 2023 @ 12PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Can somebody tell me what McCord has improved on from Game 1 to Game 12?

He urinated himself at Notre Dame and I didn’t see any piss on his pants today.

does osu have an outside shot at finishing 4th in the playoff bracket at this point or too many will pass them?
They would need Florida State and Texas to both fail to win their conferences to have any chance. So not really. It would be an incredibly outside shot.

Game was lost on two plays - 1) the devastating interception by McCord when he decided where he was throwing presnap and 2) the laser throw by McCarthy splitting two defenders to Roman Wilson for the dropped touchdown. Michigan coaches put their players in position to succeed and have them playing with confidence and impeccable execution, Day and McCord both piss down their leg. The lights are too bright for both these guys.

Honestly and objectively,

McCord lost this game.

We win with Stroud, Fields, Barrett, Jones, Pryor, and Miller.

It’s QB play, just like all season.

Stroud obviously made the right call when you look at what he’s doing in Houston but my God we’d be running away with the title if he stayed one more season.

I don't know how you say that with any conviction?

Day already lost to Michigan with Stroud 2x. Nothing different about this game that makes me believe a different QB makes the game different.

It's Ryan Day not understanding how to develop line talent while Michigan continues to beat the shit out of OSU in the trenches.

I have to admit that field goal Day called for at the end of the second half like a pussy would have made all the difference if we made it. Nothing like a three point loss instead of six point loss. Why not ensure we put the ball in the hands of our turnover machine quarterback who can't read the field to win the game.

From the outside looking in with no idea what this means.

But Day needs to give up play calling. Needs to bring in someone from outside the program with a fresh set of eyes on things, like Urban did when he hired him in the first place.

Another game where I come away thinking OSU is the more talented team, but they once again get outcoached and out executed by Michigan.

Day is clearly Cooper 2.0. He butchered this game in the first half and left the team with little margin for error.

McCord only needed to take what the defense game him and not turn the ball over. He failed miserably. But that's not too surprising. The writing has been on the wall all season.

McCarthy made a few big throws and hurt us with his feet. McCord doesn't move and made critical mistakes.
I did not think we were the more talented team. The deficit at QB was just so large that even MHJr could not make up for it. McCarthy is no one's idea of an NFL QB, but he reduced his mistakes to near zero.

Michigan's lines were better than our lines.
