Game 74 | Pistons @ Cavs | March 31, 2009 | 7:00 PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
One of my favorite games of the season. Did you guys see that start that we only lost 2 games decided by less than 3 points? The pacers one with the double fouls and the crab dribble. We win all the close games. Allright!

Man...I forgot about the whole crab dribble scandal until you brought it up.Funny that I didn't see that game.

GODDAMNIT. This rebounding is KILLING us right now. Worst effort I can recall in a LONG, LONG time.

They aren't taking these guys seriously and it shows. Chalk this one up as a loss.

o rly?

Jigo says that every single game we aren't winning with 5 minutes to go in the first, I take it as a counter-jinx nowadays. It works!

Ugly, ugly, ugly... didn't enjoy this one much at all but I will DEFINITELY take it. I can't believe we have a three game lead with just eight to play. Just please stay healthy guys...

I'm starting to save newspaper articles for this historic season:thumbup:

This is one of the greatest days in sports for me. Kentucky gets Calipari. Cavaliers hand Pistons a loss and the Lakers lose.

lol... spoken like a true Clev fan... lowered expectations... lol...:chuckles:

I say this in jest because many Cavs fans would say their best sports day was the day they drafted LeBron... or a Browns fan might say it was when the Browns returned.... lol... as Clev fans, our ceilings of expectations are just not very high... hopefully, this year, that will forever change. :)

This is shaping up really, really well. The '95 Tribe was screwed when the Braves got home field in the WS. It ain't happenin' this time... The Cavs have a stranglehold on homecourt THROUGHOUT THE PLAYOFFS. Who would've thought we could say that, especially if we knew Boston, LA, and Orlando would all win more than 60 games. Nuts.

All those "experts" who were saying nothing but "No doubt Boston will win it again, they'll stream through the regular season with home court & win it all again" when they were 27-2 (not even mentioning the fact that the Cavs were right behind them at 25-4) are feeling pretty stupid right about now

I'm
feeling pretty stupid right now. I predicted we'd get 50-55ish wins, not close to 70 ...

That's understandable.. I don't think many people did predict this..

But when the Cavs were right there w/ Boston at 25-4, the "experts" didn't give us a chance even though we were only 2 games behind Boston lol

I hope you didn't JUST figure out the infamous "reverse jinx" that me and others have been using all season long.

Anyways I missed the game but caught the score on the way home. By the stats, sounds like it was an abortion of an effort but we won anyways!
