No. The terms of a S & T are agreed on before the signing. The player is essentially signed, knowing they will be immediately traded. Andy was resigned---if he were to be traded, at this point, it would not be a sign and trade.---It would be us signing Andy to way too much and then trading his seemingly untradable contract. WILL NOT HAPPEN.
