Goodbye Larry Nance Jr.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm such a fan of Nance. Absolutely love what he brings to the table. Can't wait to see this team fully healthy with him in the starting lineup.
Outside of Korver, the team is fully healthy . I believe Nance will be in the starting rotation depending on match up . I could see them starting Green against GS to help guard Durant .

He was moving much much better than how did before the rest. His athleticism is back.

I don't really understand why we had to play him 22 minutes in his first game back against the Suns. 22 minutes is not minutes restriction, that's more than his average. Ease him back slowly for gods sakes.

We had Zizic on the bench to take minutes away from him. It was not needed up 25+.

What's up? What was that game? 2 points and 1 rebound? Is he still injured?

I don't know if this helps or if you meant it in this way, but Nance won the title of the fastest Laker this year or last year. I can't remember if he beat out Young or Clarkson for it. They had a sprint off and Nance got paired up in the finals and won. They said the reason he won is his long stride gobbled up the court. Just a little tidbit to keep in mind . This was in reference to if Nance could run with Durrant.

Yeah, I know, but he still played 17 minutes. Didn't really focus on him tonight because Imwas stressed out. Was he as explosive as he was against the Suns?
Also he missed a ton of open shots and bunnies. Could be tired and a bit sore

In the Suns game, he actually had a very empty/pedestrian 1st half and then absolutely exploded in the third quarter opposite LeBron and Love

Today, maybe because of the foul trouble, he just wasn’t on the court long enough to have one of those high impact runs. And then the guys who played in the 4th quarter were just so on that Drew rode with what was working.

I wouldn’t worry though, the BBIQ when you have LeBron, Love, Hill, and Nance on the floor at the same time is just too high not to excel and lead to all sorts of good looks and opportunists for Nance

I dunno...I kinda worry about his injury still lingering. I don't worry about his skills or his potential. I worry about his health.

I don't think he is a Center, so that's my problem. Not a starting Center for sure because of how taxing it is for a guy his size that relies on his athleticism in order to compensate.

Other than the injury concern, he had troubles finishing over Allen's length, which is understandable since he is 6'9 and not a Center.
