Goodbye Larry Nance Jr.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I noticed he didn't have the cast yesterday. Seems fast.

He tries too hard to be a playmaker IMO, I had this issue with him during the 2018/19 season as well when he would bring the ball up like a point gaurd every second possession. Sometimes he’s got a shot in the paint and tries some fancy drop off instead of just putting the ball in the damn basket. -_-

He's very shot adverse. He knows he has no touch around the rim. It's like if he doesn't have a dunk or an uncontested 3 he doesn't want to shoot. He probably does want to be a 6'7" point guard. IMO the coaches should be encouraging him to power the ball to the rim when he gets it in the paint.

He shot 10,000 three-pointers one off-season to develop the ability to score from deep. Now he needs to shoot 10,000 baby hooks and step-back fallaways so he can score in the paint when he doesn't have the dunk.

His handle is loose but he thinks he can play like a guard. He has a role and he should stick to it. We shouldn't be letting teams get loads of offensive rebounds with him and Allen on the floor.

He's evolved into a nice version of Draymond Green.

Do the Cavs have the minimum number of players able to play the game?

Is this the same hand that has been giving Larry trouble all year? I honestly can’t keep track.

He has to be near the top 5 in being fragile. Can we count on him being part of our future? I don't think so.

I thought when they stopped playing him at center that he would be healthier, that hasn't been the case. I don't know what they should do at PF. Love, Nance, Wade, and even Prince makes it our deepest position but when you factor in health, I don't think we even have a clear cut starter of the group.

dude's just unlucky.

Imagine being a physical specimen but then being diagnosed with crohns, then ending up on the lakers, but having to be there as Kobe is finishing his career while Lou Williams and Jordan Clarkson have knife fights on the court over who gets the shot when Kobe is resting, then you are dealt from the Lakers to the Cavs.. but not only that, you are still tethered to Jordan Clarkson and then LeBron leaves because you were dealt to the Cavs opening cap space for LA to sign him, and now you're left with Drummond and Kevin Love in the worst frontline ever assembled from a fit standpoint and then you are constantly getting injured when the minutes make sense again.

Unlucky.
