Haslem agrees to stay with miami..

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I agree with those that say we should look to bring back Traylor. He brings a certain toughness and attitude to the squad and stepped up for us big time down the stretch last year when Z went down.

It might be tough to get him back though cause you know he feels slighted we didn't pick up his option.

haha nah I'll never get burnt out true fans can talk about their teams anyday! Especially when where I live it's like flooded and their is a tree in the back yard bending dangerously low towards my house, if it hits my pool i'd seriously drown considering the pool is full of rain water and the backyard is a pond lol...but there is no where to go i play a game of ncaa get like 300 rushing yards with my heisman guy and come on here and post for a bit...it's a good roatation...

All I have to say about this is that Haslem is a REAL hometown hero. He took a paycut to stay in Miami. What a great guy. I wish there was more NBA players out there like him. :cough:

I am all for bringing Traylor back, I think we should have picked up his option but I totally understand they needed to clear cap. I was hoping there was sort of a wink-and-nod understanding with Tractor that we'd try hard to bring him back. But I asked Windhorst about it in the chat and he made it sound like he really was mad. Gah!

If it's any consolation Traylor was pretty crappy the 1st half of the season, it was only near the bitter end he came in solid and showed real leadership. Guess it was too little too late for Gilby though.

Cliff Robinson, no thanks. We had Lucious Harris last year and I think Robinson is going to be a similar case, just oo old at this point

and I dont think we got a chance with Traylor. He wasn't even aware that he wasnt going to be with the team. I do agree with the cutting though, it was necessary to have as much room as possible, but right now the only way we get him back i think is by paying him more. Either that or look for him to show up on the next Paul Silas coached team
